Build the Capacity to strengthen their ability to implement effective programs for adolescents, Increase the technical skills, livelihood, psychosocial and life choices of adolescents and empower them to effect positive attitudinal and behavioral change.
Junior School Certificate JSC
To create opportunity for education of the drop out students by teaching them from class six to eight in collaboration with Bangladesh open university and CAMPE. Two hundred drop out students are taking non- formal education from Four ODL center.

Helping Coastal Communities Live with Rising Sea Levels
Goal
To make farms, homesteads and infrastructure more flood and storm resilient and to develop livelihood strategies that are adapted to the rising water level in the targeted area of South-West Bangladesh.
Activities
Formation of Community DRR Committees, Strengthening of the Disaster Management Committees (DMCs), Half Yearly Coordination Meetings DMCs at Union and Upazilla Level, Community action plan, Action planning and resource mobilization training, Union DRR Action Plans, capacity of the Management Committees of 39 Cyclone Shelters and 45 Schools that are used as cyclone shelters, to improve the condition and maintenance of these important facilities, Value Chain Assessments, Group Dynamics and Leadership Training for farmer groups, Selection of Local Service Providers, Training of the LSPs, On-Farm Trials by Farmer Groups, Farmer Field Days, Farmer Training by LSPs, Service Provider Associations (SPAs), Match-Making Workshops
